Refund & Returns Policy — Day Wares
At Day Wares, we want you to be happy with what you receive. Because many of our products are hand-painted, made in small batches, or one-of-a-kind, please read the policy below before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong product was sent
There is a major defect that affects the product’s intended use
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Hand-painted or custom products unless damaged on arrival
Used or worn items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Hand-painted griptape may have small natural variations — these are not considered defects.
3. Return Process
If your item qualifies:

We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
Approve or deny the refund
Issue a refund to your original payment method if approved
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Day Wares is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been shipped.
